Cobalt Blue, a recent release on an online platform is a poetic representation of love and heartbreak. The movie is directed by Sachin Kundalkar, the writer of the book from which the movie is adapted. The characters and the sequences are beautiful and meditative at the same time. Vincenzo Condorelli, the cinematographer, has done a great job in filming the emotions and amazing frames of Fort Kochi.

  Tanay, the protagonist, is an aesthete who leads his life lingering on literature and poetry, pining for a room of his own. The character shade of Tanay changes with the arrival of an unnamed paying guest. He falls in love with him at the very first meeting. The unnamed guest first acts aloof but makes his advances later. They liberate their sexuality in an open field. Furthermore, Tanay and the unnamed guest live in a happy relationship.
