As the sun began to brighten the horizon, a 10-yearold boy who seemed taller than his age, braved the early morning chill of Raipur (currently the capital of Chattisgarh, formerly a small city in undivided Madhya Pradesh), and pedaled his way through the winding streets to Manoj Sweets.
