To start with, who exactly are women? Daughters, Wives, Mothers, Grandmothers, Homemakers – that’s it? How about adding a new role to them, a new dimension to their personalities – the role of a businesswoman, a manager or an entrepreneur?

Why is it that women are always meant to be belong to the kitchen and household only with restriction of boundaries?

When women can manage a household so efficiently where micromanagement of almost every aspect of life is required, then why not a business or a job for that matter?

When a woman can sit in her chair in the office and dictate tasks, then why not at project sites which demand an authoritative as well as compassionate manager who knows how to get things done while also taking care of the emotions of people, supporting the turmoil and turbulence that may arise in the site labour from time to time.

It is rightly said, “Behind every successful man, there is a woman.”....
